Lori Hanks has been in the business world since 2011. Lori is the CEO and Founder of Sophisticated Ecommerce, LLC, where they are responsible for mentoring and training clients in the implementation of SEO strategies. In 2017, they became the Business Owner of Rare Bird Antique Mall in Goodlettsville, TN. The antique mall has been offering the rare, the unique and the collectible since 1996.

Lori Hanks obtained their B.S. in Individual and Family Sciences from the University of Kentucky between 1983 and 1987. In March 2016, they also obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
