Adam Norris is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with significant experience in various sectors. As the Founder CEO of Pure Electric since October 2018, Adam Norris focuses on sourcing and designing impactful products while enhancing customer experiences both online and in showrooms. Adam Norris has also dedicated over 10 years to the management of Lando Norris in Formula 1 driver development. Previously, Adam Norris served as Chief Executive Officer of Horatio Investments from March 2008 to June 2019, where successful investments in over 30 young companies yielded an annual compound return exceeding 30%. Additionally, Adam Norris was the Managing Director at Hargreaves Lansdown from March 1998 to March 2008, playing a pivotal role in founding and merging the UK’s largest pension business. Adam Norris holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester and was educated at Millfield School.
