Nataliia Miniailo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting and financial leadership roles. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at Pure Environmental since June 2023, Nataliia previously held the position of Head of the Budgeting and Finance Department at SOCAR Energy Ukraine from February to December 2022. Prior to that, Nataliia worked as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at ALFA Smart Agro and Bayadera Group, where expertise in financial management and budget oversight was demonstrated. Nataliia's career began at National Alcohol Company LLC, progressing from an Economist to Deputy General Director for Financial Affairs and Deputy Chief Accountant. Academically, Nataliia Miniailo earned a Master's degree in Business Economics from Cherkasy State Technological University between 1999 and 2005.
