Tina Eakes

Tina Eakes has over a decade of experience in human resources leadership, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pure Fishing from May 2013 to September 2023. During their tenure, Tina Eakes progressed through various roles, including Vice President, Director, HR Manager, and Generalist, within the company. Prior to Pure Fishing, Tina Eakes worked at Cox Communications from June 2004 to May 2013, holding positions such as Regional Human Resource Business Partner and Human Resource Generalist. Additionally, Tina Eakes contributed to the Society for Human Resource Management as a board member from July 2005 to December 2011, taking on roles such as Secretary, Treasurer, and Director at Large for Membership. Tina Eakes holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Performance Technology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Troy University.
