Craig Gallaway

Craig Gallaway is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Technical Services at Pure Flavor® Farms since July 2023. In this role, Craig is responsible for overseeing maintenance and engineering operations across the organization, focusing on equipment reliability, productivity targets, and adherence to various organizational objectives. Prior to this position, Craig worked at SYNCREON for over 12 years, holding roles such as Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included engineering, facilities management, IT, logistics, and quality operations. Craig began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Chrysler and as a Production Supervisor at General Motors. Craig holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Windsor.
