Muhammad Usman

Muhammad Usman currently serves as a Sales Operations Officer at Pure Foods Company (Pvt.) Limited, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Muhammad worked as a Customer Service Officer at Daraz from June 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included resolving customer complaints and ensuring product or service satisfaction. In 2021, Muhammad served as a Social Ambassador of Covid-19 at the Commissioner Office Lahore, engaging in social mobilization efforts. An internship at D.D Exchange in 2019 provided experience in bank reconciliation, documentation, audit work, and compliance. Muhammad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Education, Lahore, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Punjab College. Early education includes an I.Com from Doha College and Matriculation in Computer Science from Allama Iqbal High School.
