Andrew Bolter

Andrew Bolter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career in 2005 at EY, where they held various positions including Manager in Transaction Advisory Services and Executive in the Financial Services Group. In 2011, they joined RA International as a Board Member and later became the Chief Financial Officer. During their time at RA International, they were responsible for providing services in remote locations and managing the company's finances. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Pure Harvest Smart Farms as the Chief Financial Officer, leading a global technology-enabled agribusiness that focuses on sustainable agriculture and addressing challenges related to food security and water conservation.

Andrew Bolter has a Chartered Director (CDir) degree from the Institute of Directors (IoD), a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) degree from the Chartered Business Valuators Institute (CBV Institute), a CPA, CA degree from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Level 3 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Andrew also has a certification in the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute, obtained in 2007.
