Previous positions include Managing Director at LANDMANN Group and Clas Ohlson, where Derek led significant transformation and expansion initiatives. In addition to corporate roles, Derek co-founded the Porthcawl Triathlon Club, fostering community engagement in sports. Derek's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding KOA Sportswear during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on high-quality triathlon products.
