Aishwarya Ashok

Aishwarya Ashok is a Senior Data Scientist at PURE Insurance since November 2022, with extensive experience in data analysis and research. Prior to this role, Aishwarya served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Utah from August 2016 to November 2022, applying statistical methods and machine learning models to large astronomy datasets for graduate research, alongside teaching STEM undergraduate courses in classical mechanics, electrodynamics, and physics. Aishwarya also completed a Graduate Research Internship focused on Quasar composite spectra, a Research Internship at MP Birla Institute of Fundamental Research involving star cluster analysis, and internships at Bosch India and Volvo Construction Equipment, emphasizing mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes. Aishwarya holds a PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics and an MS in Physics from the University of Utah, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from RNS Institute of Technology, India.
