Martin Hartley

Martin Hartley has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at PURE Group of Insurance Companies since January 2006. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Chief Underwriting Officer at AIG Private Client Group from June 2000 to December 2005. Martin's career began at Hiscox as an Underwriter from 1993 to 1996, followed by a role as Underwriting Manager at Chubb Insurance Company of Europe from January 1997 to December 1999. Martin earned a BSc in Economics from Swansea University, completing the degree between 1989 and 1992, and attended St Albans School from 1981 to 1989.
