Martin Leitch

Martin joined PURE in May 2022 as the Chief Underwriting Officer and is responsible for implementing and overseeing underwriting strategy. Martin brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the reinsurance industry with Gen Re where he served in a variety of leadership roles in North America, Europe and Africa specializing in treaty and facultative reinsurance. Martin holds a BA in Economics and has earned Chartered Insurer designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK.
