Serena Smacchia is an experienced underwriter at PURE Insurance since January 2021, with responsibilities that include adjusting claims for auto, collections, and homeowners, as well as providing exemplary customer service as a licensed adjuster. Prior to this role, Serena held the position of President at the Music Industry Club from May 2018 to May 2020 and gained valuable experience in radio promotions at RCA Records, licensing at The Music Playground, and marketing and social media at The Capitol Theatre. Serena holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Business and Communications from Manhattanville University, obtained in 2020.
