Shawn Graham

Shawn Graham serves as the Independent Director and Chair of Governance at Pure Life Carbon Inc., a company recognized for its innovative carbon-based, soilless grow medium aimed at enhancing crop yields while minimizing agricultural environmental impact, since November 2021. Additionally, Shawn holds the position of President and CEO at G & R Holdings Inc. and has served as an Independent Director with a focus on Governance and Compensation at Intellipharmaceutics International and Canada House Wellness Group Inc. Prior government leadership includes a notable tenure as the 31st Premier of New Brunswick and various ministerial roles, during which Shawn advocated for energy, education, and economic self-sufficiency in the province. Educational qualifications include a BPE from the University of New Brunswick and a B.Ed from St. Thomas University.
