Christine Montanari, BS, CMT, is an experienced massage therapist and certified Pilates instructor with a diverse background in holistic health and fitness. Since January 2003, Christine has been providing massage therapy and energy healing as a Reiki Master. Christine has also contributed to Pure Pilates since September 2015 and served as a certified Pilates instructor at LIFETIME FITNESS from February 2018 to December 2020. Prior experience includes working as a licensed massage therapist at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, where Christine was recognized as a Five Star Award Winner in 2011. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from California State University, Fresno.
