Greg Riggs

Greg Riggs is the VP of Finance at Pure Property Management, a modern property management company that is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with tenants and owners while being driven by cutting-edge technology. As VP of Finance, Greg oversees every side of accounting operations, including forecasting, payables, receivables, payroll, acquisitions, modeling, budgeting, and more. Greg advises executives on how to maximize the company’s financial growth and works with professionals to cultivate a best-in-class property management firm.

Prior to joining Pure Property Management, Greg was the Startup CFO at Countsy, where they established and maintained financial strategies for their clientele to maximize their short and long term growth. Greg oversaw financial operations such as payroll and benefits, GAAP financials, and board reporting.

Before Countsy, Greg was the Financial Controller at Accretive Solutions for 17 years.

Greg Riggs attended San Jose State University from 1990-1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Greg also attended De Anza College from 1988-1990 and earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
