Gabriel Serrano

Gabriel Serrano is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in account coordination, real estate, and logistics management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Coordinator at Marsh since November 2023, Gabriel facilitates communication between clients and internal teams while managing client databases and reporting. In addition, Gabriel acts as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Pure Realty, representing buyers and sellers and coordinating with financial and legal entities to finalize transactions. Previously, Gabriel held various roles at Amazon, including Area Manager and Assistant Shift Manager, where responsibilities included team engagement, operational planning, and performance management. Gabriel began the career at Vitromex USA as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and gained initial sales experience as a Sales Representative at T-Mobile.
