Liz Blount serves as the Head of Human Resources at Pure Retirement Ltd and Age Partnership since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Liz was an HR & OD Consultant at McMillan and Associates Ltd from May 2021 to January 2024, and previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from 2011 to 2017. During the tenure at York Teaching Hospital, Liz also undertook a secondment as a Senior Human Resources Manager, predominantly in the Resourcing function. Freelance consulting work was provided from April 2006 to September 2009 for various public sector and not-for-profit organizations. Liz's earlier experience includes HR positions at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the North Yorkshire Health Authority, complemented by a solid educational background in Personnel Management and Music.
