Freelance consulting work was provided from April 2006 to September 2009 for various public sector and not-for-profit organizations. Liz's earlier experience includes HR positions at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the North Yorkshire Health Authority, complemented by a solid educational background in Personnel Management and Music.
