Duncan Rainey FCA has extensive work experience in finance and treasury roles. Duncan is currently working at Pure Electric Limited as the Head of Finance Operations and Treasury. Previously, they served as the Treasury and Cash Controller at Pure Electric Limited.

Prior to their current role, Duncan worked at OVO Energy where they held the position of Cashflow & Treasury Manager.

Duncan also had a prior engagement with Lloyds Banking Group as an Interim PPI Finance Manager on a three-month secondment from Deloitte. In this role, they ensured the establishment of appropriate financial controls for managing the PPI provision.

Duncan started their career at Deloitte, where they served as a Manager in Enterprise Risk Services. Duncan had a brief stint at Deloitte NZ as an ERS Manager.

Duncan Rainey FCA completed their education in a chronological order. Duncan began their studies in 1998 at Imperial College London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology. Duncan attended the institution until 2001. Following this, they enrolled at the Nottingham University Business School in 2003 and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business a year later in 2004. Continuing their academic journey, Duncan Rainey FCA studied at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) from 2004 to 2007, earning an Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification.
