Cynthia Dote

Cynthia Dote has been with Pure Storage since May 2015, serving as the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to that, Cynthia worked at Netapp (Network Appliance) from May 2001 to May 2015 as the Sr. Director of Engineering Strategic Programs. With a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Cynthia is dedicated to propelling individuals and teams to achieve more than they thought possible at Pure Storage. Cynthia is also a leader and evangelist for the Women@Pure ERG, inspiring the success of women and attracting and retaining amazing talent.
