Kumar Sundararaman

Kumar Sundararaman currently serves as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture at Pure Storage since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kumar held various director positions at Equinix from March 2010 to July 2024, including Director of IT for Enterprise Architecture - Technology & Governance, and Director of IT for Application Platforms, where responsibilities encompassed technology strategy, innovation, and large-scale transformations. Kumar also led the portal engineering team at Equinix and managed global customer-facing web properties. Earlier career experiences include Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle, Architect at BEA Systems, and Technical Manager at Covansys, with a comprehensive background in SOA and portal architecture across prominent clients. Kumar holds an M Tech in Electronics from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and has pursued further leadership education at the Center for Creative Leadership.
