Matt McBride

Matt McBride serves as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Pure Storage since October 2022, previously holding various director and managerial roles at Adobe from March 2014 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team of network cloud engineers and managing extensive infrastructure projects. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Global Tech Ops at UK2 Group, managing data center operations and engineering efforts across numerous locations worldwide, as well as roles at VPS.NET and WestHost focused on IT management and data center operations. McBride began a career in network engineering at the University of Utah, where significant contributions were made to the university's network backbone. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Geography and a certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Utah.
