With an extensive background in customer success management, Michelle previously held various roles at RSA Security, including Senior Manager for Customer Success Management and Global Escalation Management, achieving significant reductions in escalations and transitioning service delivery from reactive to proactive approaches. Earlier experience includes positions at Novell UK and Lotus Development, where responsibilities included managing relationships with major accounts and enhancing service support operations.
