Jerry Kavalieratos

Jerry Kavalieratos is the current Head of Supply Chain at Pure Watercraft. Jerry has also held the position of Director at Maine Pointe from March 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Supply Chain at Pure Watercraft from September 2019 to December 2020, where they transformed the supply chain from being oriented toward low-volume R&D activities to readiness for supporting complex internal manufacturing and assembly. During their time at Pure Watercraft, Jerry developed a global supply base with dozens of key suppliers in Asia, Europe and the Americas for key system components such as electric drive train, lithium battery system and high-tech throttle. Jerry also developed and implemented sourcing, inventory management and supplier quality processes and protocols. In addition, Jerry implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP for key aspects of the supply chain and integrated closely with Engineering, Operations and Product Managment to form a high performing team.

Before their time at Pure Watercraft, Jerry was the Co-Founder/Principal Investor at Olympic Candle from January 2016 to August 2019. Jerry was also the Managing Director/Equity Partner - Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations Management at Alvarez & Marsal from January 2010 to December 2016. Prior to that, Jerry was the Principal - Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations Management at The North Highland Company from January 2004 to December 2010.

Jerry Kavalieratos has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from the University of South Florida.

Jerry Kavalieratos works with Miguel Marmol - Head of Engineering, Alexander Oki - Head of Finance & Business Development, and TJ Ewing - Head of Talent. Their manager is Andy Rebele, CEO.
