Prior experience includes roles as Area Head Institutions at Hyderabad Industries Ltd, overseeing key accounts and institutional sales in South India, and as Area Manager at Regency Ceramics Ltd, where significant market development was achieved. Earlier roles include sales executive at Heinz India, managing dealer sales, and a management trainee position at Orient Cement, assisting in sales and collections. Karra holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Kakatiya University and a B.Com in Taxation from Wesley Degree College.
