Todd Neugebauer

Todd Neugebauer is an experienced leader in the recycling and procurement sectors, currently serving as Director of Feedstock Procurement at PureCycle Technologies since August 2022, focusing on polypropylene recycling. Previous roles include Procurement/Special Projects at Merlin Plastics Supply Inc., General Manager at WestRock Company, and Director of Business Development at Peninsula Plastic Recycling. Todd also held positions as Plant Manager and General Manager at Anheuser-Busch and Smurfit Stone Container Corp, respectively, overseeing operations and the purchase and sale of recyclable materials. Earlier career experience includes account management at Great Northern Corporation and corrugated packaging design at Pride Container Corporation. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Northwest.
