Frans has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including stints as the Vice President of Application Development at Morneau Shepell and as a member of the Board of Directors at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd.

Frans has been with PureFacts since January 2020, and in that time they have been responsible for the company's technology strategy, architecture, information security and infrastructure operations. Under their leadership, PureFacts has seen significant growth and expansion, with a client footprint in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Frans Amelink has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Frans is also certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors in the Directors Education Program.
