Katerina Goros has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Consulting. Katerina is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at PureFacts Financial.

Katerina started their career at IBM in 1996. Katerina held various roles in human resources, finance, and consulting over the next 10 years. In 2006, they joined RBC as Vice President of Business Transformation. There, they were responsible for optimizing the Insurance sales and distribution channels across Canada.

In 2020, Katerina joined PureFacts Financial Solutions as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head of Business Transformation. In this role, they are responsible for the development and execution of the company's people and culture strategy. Katerina is also leading the global expansion of the business.

Katerina Goros has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Masters of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Katerina is also a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach from the Coaches Training Institute.
