Abdul Razak has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Abdul is currently working at PureHealth as the Head of the Department (HOD) for People & Organization. Prior to this, they held roles such as Sr. Growth Partner and Post Merger Integration Functional Lead at the same company. Before joining PureHealth, Abdul worked as the Chief People Officer & Chief Of Projects at Starcare Hospital and as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Nation Hospital. Abdul also served as the Director of HR & Administration at Abeer Medical Group and as the Head of HR at Waha Health. Abdul has worked at different positions in other organizations including Aster DM Healthcare, KIMS Healthcare Management Limited, ALDAR Properties PJSC, and Greenland Group. Throughout their career, Abdul has been involved in various projects related to acquisitions, mergers, change management, talent management, and HR strategy formulation. Abdul has also implemented efficient HR systems and procedures, and achieved project milestones within scheduled timelines.
Abdul Razak has a diverse education history. Abdul obtained a Global Fellow of Talent Management degree from The Wharton School, where they focused on Human Resources Management. Abdul also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Calicut.
Continuing their education, Abdul Razak pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Psychology with a focus on Counseling Psychology at Annamalai University. Furthermore, they achieved an LL.B degree with a specialization in Labor Law from the University of Calicut.
In addition to their formal education, Abdul Razak has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and qualifications.
