Dr. Abed Khatib CG, MBA, PhD serves as the Chief Legal Officer at PureHealth since March 2024, bringing extensive legal expertise from a long tenure at Abu Dhabi Health Services Company - SEHA, where roles included Group Legal Director & Board Advisor and Group Legal Manager / Board Adviser from November 2007 to March 2024. Dr. Khatib has a strong focus on developing legal departments and contract risk management capabilities to world-class standards. Academic credentials include a DBA in Corporate Governance from SBS Swiss Business School, an MBA from Torrens University Australia, a Diploma in International Law from Université la sagesse, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from B.A.U.
