Rizel Tagayan is a seasoned professional in human resources and public relations, currently serving as a Public Relations Officer at Pure Health since September 2021. Rizel possesses extensive knowledge in UAE Labour Law and visa processing, onboarding, offboarding, and employee branding, among other related responsibilities.
