Purelements: An Evolution in Dance
Rochelle Riley is an experienced Lighting Designer and Electrician with a diverse background in the performing arts and production management. Since 2016, Rochelle has worked as a freelance lighting designer and electrician while also serving as a Production Assistant and Lighting Designer at Long Island University. Additional experience includes roles as a Stage Hand/Technician at GALA PRODUCTIONS LTD and as Lighting Supervisor at St. Paul Community Baptist Church. Rochelle's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Regents diploma in Architecture from the High School of Art & Design.

To use multiple facets of the performing arts as educational tools to evolve and transform the individuals and communities we serve, and to present dynamic performances that are socially relevant and impactful. The Purelements’mission unfolds through our professional and pre-professional dance companies, an art-in-education program, and a performing arts program.
