James Coffman

James Coffman is an experienced professional currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at PureRED since November 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating communication and managing project progress for corporate clients. As a Co-Founder of Coffee & Shugar since July 2020 and a Freelance Photojournalist with Hunnypot Unlimited since February 2018, James has developed a diverse skill set. Previously, James held roles such as Client Success Specialist at TapGoods, focused on supporting rental management software clients, and various positions at Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity, including Director of Growth & Engagement. With early experience in hospitality at Red Lobster and roles in education with Denton ISD and the YMCA, James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television and Film from the University of North Texas.
