Mark Pringle

Mark Pringle is an accomplished human resources executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at PureRed since August 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held various senior HR positions, including Senior People Operations/HR Consultant at vcfo and Director of Human Resources at Kraton Corporation, where responsibilities included executing HR strategies aligned with business plans and managing employee relations. At Capital University, Mark enhanced diversity initiatives and restructured performance management processes, while experiences at Sequent and M/I Homes included consulting on HR strategy and implementing talent management processes. Mark's career began at IBM/Sterling Commerce as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing a global HR strategy. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ohio University.
