Jean-Pierre Gontarek has extensive experience in food production and management, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Pennant Foods since April 2006, where responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing a workforce of 50 to 150 employees. In addition to this role, Jean-Pierre has held positions as a Production/Packing Supervisor at ARYZTA LLC and Aspire Bakeries since April 2006. Earlier in career, Jean-Pierre worked as a Pastry Chef at Glenview Club country club from May 1996 to June 2003, creating menus and desserts for private functions serving up to 600 guests. Education includes a Master Baker degree in Baking and French Pastries from Delice de France (1977-1980) and earlier education at Main East Park Ridge IL (1976-1977).
