As Vice President of Client Services, Dan is responsible for ensuring Mom’s Meals customers receive accurate and on-time deliveries – with exceptional customer service. He leads the operations teams including Intake, Customer Care, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain.
Dan gained invaluable professional customer service experience through fifteen years as a director of customer retention in the telecommunications industry, with responsibility for six customer care facilities.
