Matthew Surridge

Matthew Surridge has had a long and varied career in the hospitality industry. In 2014, they became the London Sales Manager for Purity Brewing Co. Prior to that, they were the General Manager for The Marquis of Westminster from 2008 to 2014, where they were responsible for cost control, working to budgets, PR & marketing, managing a team of over 20 staff, staff training, quality control, purchasing, menu development, website management, photography, and ensuring customers had the best experience possible. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Resort Manager for Supertravel in St Anton, and from 2003 to 2006 they worked in various roles for Geronimo Inns, starting off as a bar tender and eventually becoming the Manager of The East Hill in Wandsworth.

Matthew Surridge attended Felsted School from 1988 to 1999, where they obtained their GCSE and A Levels.
