Johnnie Stephens has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Johnnie started their career in 2012 as a Graphic Designer at the Executive Board of the Tennessee Baptist Convention, where they collaborated on marketing initiatives for state-wide events and programming. Johnnie then worked as a Lead Graphic Designer at 5by5 Agency, managing and developing creative projects for change-making clients. After that, they served as a Lead Sales Designer at DEFY Media, creating customized proposals for prospective clients. Johnnie also worked as a Lead Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager at Beautiful Destinations, elevating their brand messaging and values. At LittleThings, they were a Lead Sales Designer and Project Manager, creating branded collateral for sales needs. Johnnie then joined Brand Iron as a Creative Director and Project Manager, overseeing workflow and project deadlines. Johnnie later became an Associate Creative Director at Nutrafol, leading creative initiatives in the hair wellness supplement industry. Johnnie then worked as a Creative Director at Comeet, integrating a brand refresh into all departments and initiatives. Johnnie Stephens attended the University of Tennessee at Martin from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
