Chrl Sandra Brilhante

Sandra Brilhante, CHRL, currently serves as the HR Shared Services Manager at Purolator Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Sandra held the position of Service Delivery Leader at IBM from 2021 to September 2023, leading the global transition and outsourcing of HR transactional support from Ernst & Young Canada to IBM, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and exceeding performance targets. Prior to IBM, Sandra was with EY from 2006 to 2021, serving as Assistant Director and Supervising Associate in the Talent Shared Services team, where responsibilities included managing operational services and overseeing HR support functions. Earlier experience includes roles at Vintage Hardwood Flooring, Organizational Studies Inc., and ABC Group, starting as a Human Resources Assistant. Sandra holds an Honours BA in Industrial Relations & Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College.
