Kim Marsh

Kim Marsh has a diverse work experience in the field of Learning & Development. Kim currently holds the position of Director of National Learning & Development at Purolator Inc since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager in L&D National Operations at Purolator Inc from April 2021 to August 2022, and as a National Learning & Development Manager from April 2018 to April 2021.

Before joining Purolator Inc, Kim worked at Amazon for a significant period. Kim held the position of Regional Learning Manager, Canada from March 2015 to March 2018, Learning Manager in the Ontario Region from August 2013 to March 2015, and Learning Manager from March 2011 to August 2013.

Kim's earlier work experience includes serving as a Human Resource Lead at SCI Group Inc from August 2010 to March 2011, and as a Team Lead at SCI Group Inc from November 2007 to August 2010.

Kim Marsh obtained a B.A. degree in Psychology from York University and a Diploma in Recreation Leisure from Centennial College. In terms of certifications, Kim obtained the LEADing in Our Changing World certification from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in September 2023, the Mental Health Certificate from Queen's University in June 2023, and the Women's Leadership Intensive Program certification from The Women's Leadership Intensive in December 2022. Additionally, Kim is currently pursuing a Black Belt Certification (BB) from LeanCor Supply Chain Group. In the past, Kim has also obtained certifications such as EQi 2.0 / 360 Emotional Quotient -Inventory from MHS Assessments in February 2019, Certificate, Professional Coach from Adler School of Coaching in February 2017, Adult Training & Development, Training from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in June 2011, Green Belt Certification (GB) from LeanCor Supply Chain Group in March 2011, and Workplace Specific Hazard Training: Manufacturing from Industrial Accident Prevention Association in June 2010.
