Theo Pribytkov

Theo Pribytkov has extensive experience in engineering and continuous improvement within the logistics and material handling sectors. Since February 2005, Theo has served as the National Manager of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Engineering at Purolator Inc., overseeing the implementation of MHE Engineering and Maintenance projects across Canada, focusing on systems design and sortation technologies. Prior roles include Divisional Continuous Improvement Manager and Network Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed leading continuous improvement initiatives and deploying information system strategies. Earlier in their career, Theo operated Marine Electro-Mechanical Systems as an owner-consultant, specializing in the design and installation of electrical systems for marine vessels. Theo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
