Gil Efron

Gil Efron has served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer since October 2018. Prior to joining us, Mr. Efron served as Deputy CEO and CFO of Kamada Ltd., a NASDAQ and TASE dual-listed plasma-derived protein therapeutics company, from September 2011 to November 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Efron served as the CFO of NASDAQ listed RRsat Global Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: RRST) from September 2005 to March 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Efron served in various finance executive positions. Mr. Efron holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting and an M.A. degree in Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was granted a certified public accountant’s license in Israel.
