Nicole Matonis

Nicole Matonis has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Nicole began their career in 1997 as a Human Resources Generalist (Contract) for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Nicole then progressed to become a Human Resources Manager, Regional HR Coordinator, and HR Coordinator for the same company. In 2003, they moved to Waterford Hotel Group as a Director of Human Resources. In 2005, they took on a Director of Employment (Contract) role at Oscient Pharmaceuticals. In 2006, they became the Human Resources Director of the Boston Harbor Hotel. From 2009 to 2018, they were a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Welch's, a $650M Consumer Product Goods company. Most recently, in 2022, they became the SVP, People at Purple Carrot.

Nicole Matonis received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont and their High School Diploma from Norwell High School.
