Jaimee Baird has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Jaimee is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Purple Dot since January 2021. Previously, they worked at Laybuy from May 2020 to January 2021 as a Customer Experience Specialist, where they handled customer queries, supported various requests, and acted as a subject matter expert. Prior to that, they worked at Love Success Plc as an Executive Resourcer from November 2019 to April 2020, sourcing candidates and advertising new jobs. Jaimee also worked at Brook Green Supply Ltd as an Account Management Coordinator from July 2019 to September 2019, processing tenders and managing portfolios. Before that, they had various roles at ANZ Bank from January 2017 to March 2019, including Acting Assistant Branch Manager and Senior Personal Banker, Personal Banker, and Service Consultant. Jaimee began their career at Woolworths Supermarkets as a Customer Service Supervisor from October 2011 to October 2016, where they managed checkouts and provided excellent customer service.
Jaimee Baird attended Narangba Valley State High School from 2009 to 2013. Jaimee then pursued higher education at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2014 to 2016, completing a Bachelor of Justice with a focus on Criminology & Policing.
