Tim Mangum

Tim Mangum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Purple Heart Homes, a non-profit organization that provides housing solutions for disabled veterans. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Chapters and a Project Manager at the same organization.

Before joining Purple Heart Homes, Tim worked at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated as the Senior Director of Equipment Services for the South Region. In this role, they were responsible for managing a budget of $72 million and leading the region to improve in all company metrics.

Tim's career in the military began with the Army National Guard, where they served as a Field Artillery Officer and eventually retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During their time in the Guard, they held various positions and was deployed for missions such as hurricane support and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Prior to their service in the Army National Guard, Tim was an active-duty Field Artillery Officer in the US Army. Tim was stationed in multiple locations, including Germany and the United States, and was deployed to Bosnia in support of Operation Joint Endeavor/Joint Guard.

Tim Mangum pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Norwich University, which they completed between 1989 and 1993. Later, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Military Strategic Studies. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, Mangum completed a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership at Liberty University.
