Gaetano Leonardi

Gaetano Leonardi has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Gaetano is currently working as an Art Director at Purple Lamp since 2023. Before that, they founded their own company, 3Donkeys studios, in 2021 and served as the Creative Director. Prior to that, they were the Executive Creative Director at la-boite, where they also worked as an owner and Creative Director since 2003. Gaetano has also worked independently as an Author, artist, and illustrator since 2000. Gaetano has held roles such as Art Director and UI/UX designer at Pow Wow Entertainment from 2021 to 2023 and as an Art Director and Head of Art and Design at Attraktion! Group of Companies from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have experience as an Art Director and Lead Character artist at arx anima from 2019 to 2020. Gaetano has also worked as a Professor at Link Campus University from 2014 to 2018 and as a Teacher at Istituto Europeo di Design from 2003 to 2005.

Gaetano Leonardi pursued their education in illustration, beginning in 1997 at the Istituto Europeo di Design. Gaetano completed an academic program in illustration, which lasted until 1999. Subsequently, they enrolled at ESAG Penninghen in 1999 and completed a Master's Degree in Illustration, which concluded in 2000.
