Keoni Defranco

Keoni DeFranco is the Managing Director of Mālama Studios at Purple Maiʻa Foundation, Entrepreneur In Residence at Mālama Venture Studio, and a Mentor at Purple Prize Incubator. Additionally, DeFranco is a Board Member at Hui Malama O Ke Kai Foundation, a Mentor + Kōkua at Hawaiʻi FoundHer, a Senior Executive Advisor at Nation of Hawaii, an Advisory Board Member at Third Wave Volunteers, an Advisor at ScaleHealth, a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, and a Representative to the United Nations for the International Association for the Advancement of Innovative Approaches to Global Challenges (IAAI). DeFranco previously served as the CEO of LifeLua and Lua, with a focus on digital health solutions. Throughout these roles, Keoni DeFranco works towards creating a sustainable Hawaiʻi, supporting indigenous innovation, and advocating for disaster relief and global challenges.
