Guta Tolmasquim is the Founder and CEO of Purple Metrics, a recurring branding measurement software for marketing teams. Guta co-founded BrandGym in 2017, where they worked as CEO until March 2022, providing branding services for entrepreneurs and startups. Guta also has experience as a teaching assistant at Section4, a branding advisor at Benie Saúde, a professor at Istituto Europeo di Design, and a teacher at MIAMI AD SCHOOL BRASIL. Guta served as a brand strategist manager at Tatil Design and planning supervisor at Artplan. Additionally, Guta worked as a branding mentor at Incubadora de Empresas COPPE / UFRJ. Guta Tolmasquim earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication - Advertising from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also studied Communications Sciences at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna. Guta completed a Pocket Planning course at Miami Ad School Brazil in 2014 and obtained a LF5 degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Latitud in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in Data Science for Marketing from DataTech School, Sales Outside the Box from LinkedIn, and is a certified brand strategist from Section4.
