Francesca Parker

Francesca Parker has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were an Ad/PR Intern at the Downtown Orlando Information Center. In 2012, they were a Communications Intern at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and a Digital Project Management Intern at DraftFcb Healthcare. From 2013 to the present, they have worked at Purple, Rock, Scissors in a variety of roles, including Associate Production Intern, Associate Producer, Senior Project Manager, Associate Director of PMO, and Director of Project Management. In these roles, they have managed teams of project managers and coordinators, established agency workflow processes, improved the company's efficiency and profitability, and managed projects' health.

Francesca Parker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained in 2013. Francesca went on to pursue a Professional Master of Business Administration - PMBA at the same university, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, Francesca has several certifications, including an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate from the USF Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in 2022; a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in 2021; an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) from ICAgile, obtained in 2016; and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2018.
