Vic Cao has worked in various roles in the creative and development industries since 2010. Vic began their career as a Freelance Creative at Cao Creative, providing creative multi-media solutions and helping to establish brand identities, voices, and messaging. In 2011, they accepted the role of Marketing Manager at Bisk Education, where they were responsible for the development, strategy, and creative execution for all marketing assets. In 2013, Vic worked as a Senior Account Executive and Digital Interactive Producer at Fry Hammond Barr, managing daily marketing advertising account/client service needs and leading internal and external meetings and client presentations. That same year, they also worked as the Director of Digital Interactive at Devine Communications. In 2014, Vic was the Creative Director at thirteen05 creative, leading all creation, concepting, design and development of client deliverables. In 2015, they accepted the role of Lead Developer at Progressive Dental Inc., where they were responsible for creative, front-end and back-end development of agency wide theme engines. From 2016 to 2019, Vic worked as Lead Developer and Web Developer at Findsome & Winmore, formulating project estimates, profitability, requirements and project scopes, developing project strategy on information architecture, and identifying and configuring measurement/tracking strategies. In 2021, Vic began working as Development Manager at Purple, Rock, Scissors and Senior Web Developer at Growing Bolder.

Vic Cao received their MBA in Marketing from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College between 2008 and 2010. In 2019, they completed the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from the Google Analytics Academy. Lastly, they earned their BS in Finance from UCF College of Business from 2001 to 2006.
