Before that, they served as a Retail Equity Investor, managing their father's retirement portfolio and achieving a cumulative return of 243.37% from 2019 to 2022. Johnson employed swing trading and scalping strategies, capitalizing on various market trends.

Prior to their role as an investor, Johnson worked at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, where they held multiple positions. Johnson started as a Social Media Consultant in December 2016, focusing on building an organic presence and overhauling the follower base on various platforms. Johnson then became a Social Media Strategist, leading marketing efforts and optimizing reach with minimal platform restrictions. Eventually, they transitioned to a Business Strategist, managing multiple departments and facets of the startup venture called AUSTER, which specialized in nicotine liquid.

Earlier in their career, Johnson worked at Wu's Construction Co. as a Project Manager. During their tenure, they facilitated project communications, bid submissions, and accounts receivable payment planning.
